Stephanie Wu has a diverse and extensive work experience across various companies and roles. Stephanie is currently the Global Digital Design Director, Brand Creative at HOKA since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Q&A as the VP of Brand & Product Design from November 2019 to June 2021, where they played a key role in the development and branding of Venice, a music distribution software.

Before Q&A, Stephanie served as the Design Director, Brand & Product at Narrator.ai, a saas data modeling and infrastructure company, from November 2018 to June 2019. Stephanie was also the Creative Lead, Technology at WeWork from January 2016 to August 2018, leading the Aesthetics Discipline and contributing to the design of WeWork's internal app. Stephanie spent six months in Shanghai as part of their work assignment at WeWork, establishing the digital design discipline for the Chinese market.

Stephanie's entrepreneurial experience includes being a Co-Founder and Design Director at Astro.ai, Perch, a startup that was part of the RGA/Techstars IOT Accelerator Program, from November 2014 to August 2015. Stephanie was also the Director of Design at Warby Parker, where they directed all design needs and built the in-house design team from January 2011 to September 2014.

Stephanie's earlier experience includes being the first in-house designer at Serena & Lily from August 2008 to January 2011, where they led graphic design for print, packaging, and web, and played a key role in launching the brand's e-commerce experience. Stephanie worked as a Graphic Designer at Red Envelope from August 2007 to August 2008, handling catalog, print, packaging design, and web marketing collateral. Stephanie also worked as a Graphic Designer at Jack Morton Worldwide from June 2004 to August 2007, creating concepts for experiential marketing projects for clients like HP and eBay. Stephanie briefly worked as a Graphic Designer at Xoom in 2004.

Stephanie Wu's education history began in 1999 when they enrolled at Syracuse University. Stephanie pursued a field of study in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering and completed their studies in 2002. Following this, Stephanie attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Graphic Design. Finally, they furthered their education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
