Jennifer is an ecosystem ecologist with deep expertise in forest ecology and changes in natural carbon sinks due to climate change, primarily using Earth system climate modeling and dynamic vegetation modeling. She joins Cultivo as a research scientist from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory with over 10 years of experience, with a PhD from University of Virginia, and MS from University of Florida, and looks forward to continuing to advance carbon climate solutions.
Jennifer is passionate about nature-based solutions, carbon removal in natural ecosystems, and fighting climate change. She enjoys running, scuba diving, and playing soccer.
