Jocelyn C. currently serves as the Lead Analytics Engineer at Culture Amp, starting in July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Analytics Engineering and Data at Thrive Global from December 2021 to March 2024, where contributions focused on building a modern data stack and creating data models for customer insights. Previously, Jocelyn was the Lead Analytics Engineer at Brainbase from June 2021 to December 2021, leading the development of data pipelines and embedded dashboards for major clients. Jocelyn also held the position of Senior Manager Data Ops and Insights at PeerIQ from June 2019 to June 2021, managing day-to-day data operations to drive insights. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Credit Suisse from July 2012 to May 2019, leading data analytics and team management. Jocelyn holds a BS in Actuarial Science from St. John's University and completed a Business Analytics Specialization from Wharton Online in 2021.
