Kristen Swigart, PhD, is a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp since December 2022, following experience as Manager of Global Leadership Development at MiTek and Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp. Kristen has a strong background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, having served as an instructor at Penn State University and performed roles in people analytics and consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Select International, and the Army Research Institute. With a robust educational foundation that includes a PhD and Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and George Mason University respectively, as well as a Bachelor's in Criminology, Kristen brings expertise in leadership development, employee engagement, and psychometric assessment to various organizational contexts.
