Lani Parrocha

Lani Parrocha is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnership development and recruitment. Currently serving as Global Partnerships Lead at Culture Amp since February 2018, Lani has held multiple roles, including Senior Global Channel Partnerships Manager and Team Lead for EMEA, focusing on channel strategy and expanding market presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to Culture Amp, Lani co-founded Create + Adapt, a subscription-based hiring service, and worked as a Business Development Manager at Frank Recruitment Group, where responsibilities included building recruitment solutions for Microsoft and Salesforce professionals across North America. Lani’s career began at the NSW Business Chamber, alongside academic qualifications in business with a focus on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from San Jose State University and Western Sydney University.
