Robyn Walton-Davies

Robyn Walton-Davies is an accomplished director with extensive experience in healthcare innovation and management. Currently, Robyn serves as the Director of Walton Davies since 2007 and holds positions as a Healthcare Advisory Board Member at Objectivity and Chairman at CulturVate. Previous roles include Head of Innovation at Velindre University NHS Trust and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, as well as involvement in the South East Wales Academic Health Science Partnership at Cardiff University. Robyn's early career includes senior human resources roles at Ubiquity Software, Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, and Newbridge Networks. Robyn holds an MBA in Public Health and a BSc Hons in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University, complemented by training from the University of South Wales in personnel and development.
