Trina Whitfield

Trina Whitfield has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Employee Relations Manager for Cumberland County, NC since September 2019. Prior to this role, Trina held positions as a Human Resources Representative and as the Human Resources Director for Hoke County from September 2017 to July 2019. Trina's background includes serving as a Customer Service Technician and Secretary II at Fayetteville Technical Community College from April 2008 to September 2015, as well as a Personnel Technician with the City of Fayetteville between July 2000 and June 2004. Trina obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University and also completed an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration/HR at Fayetteville Technical Community College.
