Paul Cardenas

Paul Cardenas is an experienced project management professional with expertise in engineering and control of large-scale projects. Currently serving as Superintendente de Control de Proyectos and previously as Jefe de Planificación y Valorizaciones at CUMBRA, Paul has overseen significant projects with substantial financial scopes, including a $690 million terminal and access project and various EPC packages for hydrogen and nitrogen production plants. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Grupo Graña y Montero, managing multimillion-dollar projects in mechanical and electrical works for major expansions and installations. Paul holds multiple master's degrees in Project Management from ESAN Graduate School of Business and La Salle BCN, alongside specialized training in Lean Construction and collaborative contractual management. Paul Cardenas received an engineering degree in mechanical engineering from the National University of Engineering.
