Kaci Crawford

Kaci Crawford has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Kaci started their career as an Engineering Intern at Northrop Grumman in 2018, where they authored procedures and developed work procedures for the maintenance and automation of composite structures in rockets. In 2019, they joined Raytheon as a System Engineer, responsible for verifying hardware and software requirements and coordinating team activities. Kaci then worked at RUAG Space in 2020, initially as a Systems Engineer and later as a Program Manager for sub-contractors. In 2022, they joined Beyond Gravity as a Program Manager, overseeing sub-contractors. Currently, Kaci is a Proposal Manager at Cummings Aerospace. Prior to their career in the aerospace industry, they gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi, starting in 2016.

Kaci Crawford completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mississippi from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Chemical Engineering, although they did not obtain a degree in that field. In addition to their academic achievements, Kaci also obtained certifications in "Icebreakers for Teams, Meetings, and Groups" and "Project Management Tips" from LinkedIn in May 2022 and April 2022, respectively.
