Shveta Arya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the automotive and power systems industries. Currently serving as Managing Director of Cummins India Limited, Shveta has also held positions as Business Head for Power Systems and Distribution Business at the same company. Additionally, Shveta has been a member of the Board of Directors for both Cummins Sales & Service Pvt. Ltd. and Valvoline Cummins Ltd. Prior experience includes a strategic leadership role as Vice President of Strategy at Thomas Cook India Limited, as well as positions at A.T. Kearney as an Associate and Senior Business Analyst. Shveta holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a degree from Delhi University.
