Divya Rani

Divya Rani is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resource roles. Currently, Divya serves as a Senior Line HR Generalist and was previously a Human Resource Operational Excellence Specialist at Cummins Inc. Prior experience includes a position as a Diversity and Inclusion Student Consultant at Eaton and a Graduate Assistant role at Purdue University, where database development was a key responsibility. Divya also gained valuable insights as a People Analyst Intern at Tesla, focusing on data analysis and report automation. Earlier career experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Wipro and a Customer Service Representative at HSBC.
