Philip Schweiger

Philip Schweiger is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of IT at Cummins Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Philip held various positions at Meritor, including Senior Global Process Manager and Global Process Manager, between November 2019 and March 2023. At FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, from April 2014 to November 2019, Philip led significant initiatives in product development, data center operations, and facilities management, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and projects, including a major data center consolidation project. Earlier in their career, Philip contributed as an Industrial Engineer at AAM and as an Engineering Intern at Summit Polymers, where Philip implemented improvements in production efficiency and process optimization. Philip holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Entrepreneurial Engineering from Western Michigan University.
