Shawn Manning

Shawn Manning is a Senior Project Manager with experience in starting up new contact centers across the U.S. Utilizing both waterfall and agile project management methodologies. Prior to this role, Shawn also worked as a Ship Program Manager overseeing the program life cycle and delivery of USS Illinois and Indiana. With a background in business administration and mechanical engineering, Shawn has a strong foundation for effectively managing projects and programs.
