Shyam Balaji

Shyam Balaji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and IT program leadership, currently serving as the Business Transformation Director for Global Distribution at Cummins Inc. Previous roles include IT Program Leader and PLM Champion as well as IT Manager focused on Prohibited & Restricted Substance Management. Prior to Cummins, Shyam worked as a PLM Business Analyst/Functional Consultant at Oceaneering and held various positions at Tata Consultancy Services, including Process Transformation Business Analyst and E-Matrix (Enovia) Programmer and Project Lead. Shyam holds a degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (2016-2018) and a CMIIC in Configuration Management from National American University (2012).
