Sourabh Joshi

Sourabh Joshi is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the automotive industry, currently serving as Warranty Quality Team Lead and CTT Current Product Reliability Engineer - Team Lead at Cummins Inc. since April 2014, where responsibilities include leading technical projects on emissions programs for Turbochargers and Exhaust Throttle Valves. Prior to this, Sourabh worked as a Technical Marketing/Applications Engineer at ZF Steering Gear India and gained early industry experience as a Production Engineer at Indo Schottle Auto Parts Pvt Ltd. Additional roles include serving as a Race Marshal for the British Motorsport Marshals Club and a Staff Trainer at McDonald's, along with experience as a Service Technician at Honda Pune. Sourabh holds a BEng in Automotive Engineering from Birmingham City University and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Pimpri Chinchwad Polytechnic, alongside foundational education in Science and Secondary School from respective institutions.
