Stephen Saxby

Stephen Saxby is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience at Cummins Inc. since 1997. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for Cummins China and Executive Director of Engineering, Stephen oversees all engine business products in China and leads product and team development across five joint venture facilities. Previously, Stephen held roles such as Global Chief Engineer, where responsibilities included developing product roadmaps and significantly increasing sales volume, as well as Chief Product Engineer, where Stephen established a new engineering organization for a joint venture. Additionally, Stephen holds an M.B.A. from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BEng Honours in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University.
