Vipul Srivastava

Vipul Srivastava is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Development Leader at Cummins Inc., overseeing initiatives across multiple regions including Europe, China, India, APAC, Africa, and the Middle East since January 2024. Additionally, Vipul holds positions as an Industry Advisory Council Member at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and an Adjunct Professor at IUPUC. Former roles at Cummins include Learning and Leadership Development Leader, Talent Management and Operational Excellence Manager, and Plant HR Leader. Prior experiences include HR Business Partner roles at Cummins India Ltd and internships at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Johnson & Johnson, and Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages. Vipul holds a Master’s degree in HRM&LR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Ceramics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
