Gerald Harzl

Gerald Harzl PhD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at Magna International since June 1999. Throughout this tenure, Gerald has held various leadership roles including Deputy VP HR Magna International EU and Global Director of People Development & Training. Notable achievements include the design and implementation of a global Leadership Development System and an enterprise-wide Talent Management solution. Prior to Magna, Gerald held academic positions as a lecturer at the University of Graz and FH Campus02, teaching courses in People Development and Human Resource Management. Earlier career experience includes general management of an institution for individuals with disabilities and roles as an HR consultant. Gerald holds a doctorate in psychology and sociology from the University of Graz.
