Andrés santa María Norero

Andrés Santa María Norero has a diverse range of work experience. Andrés is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Cumplo since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Lead at Continuum HQ from January 2020 to July 2022. From April 2018 to January 2020, they held the position of Jefe de Desarrollo / Arquitecto de software at Circular HR. Andrés also served as Jefe de desarrollo de sistemas and Jefe de Proyectos / Arquitecto de software at Fundación Chile from March 2017 to January 2020. Before that, they were a Consultor en Tecnologías and Jefe de Area y Arquitecto de Software at Digital Learning from February 2013 to March 2017. Andrés also worked as a Jefe de Proyectos at JoshuaTech from August 2011 to February 2013, and they briefly served as a Consultor de Tecnologias at Digital Learning from August 2011 to October 2011.

Andrés Santa María Norero attended Inacap from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in software engineering with a focus on computer science. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad de Chile from 2004 to 2005, studying philosophy but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications such as the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020 and the Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate from Scrum Foundation in 2020.
