Bastián Hernández has a solid work experience in the design field. Bastián has held various roles at different companies, showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design and product development.

Starting with their current role as the UI Design Lead at Cumplo, they are responsible for directing the visual strategy of the UX team and implementing an accessible and operable design system.

Prior to this, as the Co-founder and Product Designer at Klivur.com, Bastián led the product strategy, specializing in designing, growing, and validating products using tools like Framer, Shopify, Figma, and AI. Bastián also focused on automating solutions to address design problems for businesses.

Bastián has also served as the Head of Design at Reversso, where they developed a design system from scratch, guiding user flows, wireframe creation, and final prototyping. Bastián effectively integrated input from various teams to achieve agile implementation and customer satisfaction.

At Jumpitt Labs, Bastián worked as a UI Designer, responsible for the design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring optimal visual and functional experiences for users and clients.

Additionally, Bastián has experience as the Co-founder and Product lead at Rootsoul, where they oversaw the entire lifecycle of streetwear products, focusing on design, brand identity, and continuous improvement strategies.

Prior to these roles, Bastián worked as a Graphic Design Artist at Jai Producciones, leading branding development, and implementation for events and retail. Bastián also served as a Graphic Design Specialist at Adelco Ltda., responsible for branding, editorial, and packaging design.
