Head Of UX at Cumplo

Daniela Riquelme has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniela'smost recent role was as a Co-organizer at 9punto5 starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Head of UX at Cumplo from 2021 to the present, focusing on improving digital interactions for Latin American SMEs. Daniela also served as the UX Research Lead at Liberty Latin America from 2020 to 2021, leading user research efforts for VTR's new e-commerce platform and promoting UX research culture across the region.

Before joining Liberty Latin America, they worked at 2Brains Chile from 2016 to 2019, serving as a Digital Transformation Lead and UX Consultant. In this role, they worked on various projects, including proposing and building platforms for Paris and strategic digital service design projects for Red Salud and Caja Los Andes.

Daniela also has experience in teaching, having worked as a UX/UI Teacher at Desafío Latam in 2019. In addition, they have worked as a UX Designer at Chilexpress from 2013 to 2016, focusing on graphic design, UI, and content for new company websites and proposals. Prior to Chilexpress, they worked as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, and Information Architect at Chilecompra from 2011 to 2013, where they analyzed projects and designed interfaces for various government websites.

Daniela's early work experience includes roles such as a Designer for Witch la tiendita, where they worked on store and graphic design, and as a Graphic Designer for Dios las cría and Consorcio, where they focused on editorial design and redesigning bank documents and stationery, respectively.

Daniela Riquelme graduated from Universidad de Chile in 2010 with a degree in Graphic Design. In 2012, they obtained a diploma from Universidad del Pacífico in Information Architecture and User Experience. In 2015, they completed a Service Design Degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. During 2011 and 2012, they were a student at Instituto Profesional Arcos, studying Advertising Photography.
