Tara Andrews

Tara Andrews is currently a Senior Cloud Solutions Specialist at Cumulus Global. Prior to that, they were a Shift Supervisor/Transportation Dispatcher at JC Rides Transportation Inc. from February 2020 to January 2022. In that role, they were responsible for fielding all incoming calls, emails, and social media transportation requests and dispatching the requests to drivers appropriately. Tara also created driver schedules, making sure shifts were appropriately covered with varying amounts of drivers depending on pre-recognized busy times of the day/week/month. In addition, Tara transported customers to and from destinations while dispatching calls at the same time.

Before JC Rides, Tara was an IT Support Technician at InterGlobal Communication Group, LLC from June 2017 to May 2018.

Tara has provided exemplary customer service throughout their career. Tara is a hard worker who is always looking for ways to improve their skills. Tara is an asset to any team and is someone who can be relied on to get the job done.

Tara Andrews has a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from Framingham State University. Tara also has an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems and a PC Specialist Certificate from Quinsigamond Community College. In addition, they have a General Health Studies Certification in Nursing Education from Quinsigamond Community College. Finally, they are certified in HIPAA from Fallon Health.
