Seungmin Rho has three years of professional experience in software engineering and research. In 2019, they began working as a Software Engineer for (주)두산전자. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Researcher for CNPS, developing Real-time 3D On-Air Graphics System using OpenGL, SL, CUDA, WinForms(. Net Framework), and Blackmagic Decklink. Seungmin also developed a broadcast subtitle graphics contents authoring tool and was responsible for realtime graphic rendering and image format conversion with transmission in broadcast signals. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Intern at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, where they developed Context-aware Interactive Matrix Reality Contents Authoring and Management Technology for Natural History Museum using VR, AR, PTAMM, Qualcomm Vuforia, Android, and Unity3D. Seungmin was also responsible for developing the realtime 3D hand gesture interaction module in AR environment and the contents authoring tool in PTAM's Environment-map.

Seungmin Rho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kookmin University in 2014 and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kookmin University in 2016. In 2018, they obtained the OPIc English IM2 certification from ACTFL.
