Amanda Anthony has served as the Director of Dining Services at Cura Hospitality since March 2017, previously holding the position of Assistant Director. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a Junior Event Coordinator at The Country Club of Meadville from March 2016 to December 2017. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

As our client’s needs evolve, so do we. We are a company of experienced dining services professionals that came together under one name in 2019, previously doing business as Cura, A’viands and Valley Services, providing services in Life Plan Communities, and Acute Care. Cura is now part of Elior North America where, together, we are small enough to care and big enough to make a difference.
