Paul Hickman

Paul Hickman is an experienced professional in the food service and dining industry, currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at Interlochen Center for the Arts since January 2023, overseeing significant meal operations for both the Interlochen Arts Academy and Arts Camp, as well as catering events. Previously, Paul held roles such as Operations Manager at Food for Thought, where responsibilities included managing daily operations of a food manufacturer, and Director of Food and Nutrition at Mid-Columbia Medical Center, leading food services for hospital patients and various cafes. Paul's extensive background also includes consulting for distressed restaurants and operating catering businesses, supported by a Master’s degree in Foodservice Management from Cornell University.
