Gilbert Martina

Gilbert Martina serves as the CEO of Curaçao Medical Center since December 2019, also holding an interim CEO title. As the Managing Director of Ibawi IFE BV since July 2017, Gilbert specializes in change management. Past leadership roles include President of the Supervisory Board at Refineria di Korsou from June 2017 to July 2021, and Managing Director at Hospital Nobo Otrabanda NV from February 2018 to December 2019, overseeing the transition to HNO. Previously, Gilbert held the position of Senior Managing Director at ENNIA for over a decade, focusing on strategic direction and innovation. Other roles include Managing Director at Amerfoortse Antillen, Project Leader at Delta Lloyd Insurance, and Management Consultant at CMG Finance. Academic qualifications include a Post Master in Change Management from the University of Groningen and an MBA from Webster Vienna Private University, among others.
