Dinesh Penugonda

Dinesh Penugonda currently serves as Vice President of Retail Operations at Curaleaf, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this, Dinesh was Regional Vice President of Retail at Grassroots Cannabis, where notable achievements included opening 22 stores in 8 months and contributing to the company's acquisition by Curaleaf for $700M. Dinesh's extensive experience also includes over a decade at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in various managerial roles, including Senior Regional Manager, with responsibilities spanning operations, customer service, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and talent development across a large multi-state retail environment. Dinesh has a BA in Computer Science from New York University and has previously contributed to IT projects in various capacities, including IT Coordinator at a major conference and Technical Support Team Lead at NYU.
