Quality Engineer II at Curate Biosciences

Rechea Christie started their work experience in 2014 as a Data Entry Clerk & Research Assistant at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In 2015, they interned at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Rechea then interned again at the same company in 2017, this time as a Quality Management Intern, where they conducted research to identify the root cause of rehospitalization among geriatric patients. Also in 2017, they worked at Cornell University Graduate School as a Design Engineer and Scrum Master, where they developed a novel trocar for laparoscopic surgery. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Applied Medical as an Engineer II, specializing in testing and reporting customer experience non-conformances for laparoscopic medical devices. Currently, they are a Quality Engineer II at Curate Biosciences.

Rechea Christie completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Engineering at Cornell University from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Cornell University Graduate School from 2017 to 2018.
