Amy Forbing has been working in customer success and account management for almost a decade. Amy started their career as a Client Services Manager at Direct Incorporation in 2013. In 2015, they became the Director of Accounts at DocNetwork. There, they led a team of customer service representatives who maintained an 85% retention rate and 97% client rating. In 2020, they joined Hiya Inc. as the Senior Manager of Customer Success. While at Hiya, they helped grow and scale the customer success team and increased the company's Net Revenue Retention to 140%. Currently, Amy is the Director of Customer Success at Curate.
Amy Forbing has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University.
