Vladimir Neverov has over 20 years of work experience. In 2018, they began working as the Chief System Architect for Curated Planet. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Systems Architect at BestParking, where they were responsible for interoperation of technology stacks of the two companies, standardization of development workflows and deployment processes, containerisation and migration to another hosting provider. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Ecoton real estate agency as the Chief Technology Officer and Web Developer. During their time there, they supervised system administrators and developers, wrote documentation, managed Linux servers, created and supported websites and web applications, and wrote auxiliary scripts. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at the Sankt-Peterburgskiy Gosudarstvennyy Universitet as an Engineer, where they were responsible for assembling, configuring and managing a high performance computational Linux-based cluster.

Vladimir Neverov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Saint Petersburg State University in 2003, followed by a Master's degree in Physics of condensed matter and Magnetic resonance and its applications in 2007. Vladimir then went on to earn their PhD in Physics of condensed matter from the same university in 2012.
