Jason Kelsey PRC, CTS has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Jason currently holds the position of Director of Recruiting at Curative since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Permanent Placement at Medical Search International from February 2022 to January 2023. From 2015 to 2022, Jason worked at Merritt Hawkins, initially as the Director of Recruiting and later as the Director of Strategic Accounts. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Recruiting - Certified Physician Recruiter Consultant and Vice President of Staffing - Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist at Health-Assure Staffing & Recruiting from 2008 to 2015. Jason also gained experience as a Sales/Manager in Training at Nordstrom in 2007 and held various positions at Remedy Intelligent Staffing from 2004 to 2007.

Jason Kelsey attended Highline College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied business. Jason obtained two additional certifications: Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Physician Recruiter Consultant (PRC) from the National Association of Personnel Services in April 2010.
