Rachel Sisco

Rachel Sisco is a transformational leader in the health care industry who strongly believes in the value of strong customer relationships. In her role as Director of Customer Delivery, she partners closely with the customers to ensure they experience success and feel heard and valued throughout their journey with Cured.

After pursuing a Health Science Studies degree from Baylor University, Rachel was recruited to join an Electronic Health Record company called Epic. In her tenure at Epic, she worked closely with development teams and industry-leading health care systems to help launch and optimize new products in the Inpatient Pharmacy, Outpatient Pharmacy, and Oncology spaces that improved the delivery of patient care and resulted in happy and successful customers.

Prior to joining Cured, Rachel worked at Moxe Health, helping the greater healthcare ecosystem exchange patient data in a secure and efficient manner. She brings a passion for pragmatic problem-solving and empathic consulting as well as all the patience it takes to manage two young children and a dog.
