Paulo Domingues

Paulo Domingues has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paulo started their career as an Analyst of Microbiology at Ciba-Geigy (now Novartis) in 1976 and later took on roles as a Microbiologist at Johnson & Johnson and as Chief of the Microbiology and Analytical Sections at Ciba-Geigy. Paulo then spent time as an Assignee to the R&D Department at CIBA-GEIGY INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS in the UK and as a New Business Development Manager and Production Manager at Catalent Relthy Softgel.

In 1997, Domingues became the Superintendente Industrial at Biolab União Química, where they managed four pharmaceutical factories and over 900 employees. Paulo successfully directed the development and launch of more than 20 new products within a year.

Following their time at Biolab, Domingues worked as a Sócio Diretor at BDI - BEBIDAS E DESTILADOS INTERNACIONAIS and then as the Director Industrial at Zodiac Produtos Farmacêuticos. In both roles, they oversaw operations and led large teams, contributing to the cultural transformation and market growth of the companies.

In 2018, Domingues joined Qualitec Assessoria as a Senior Consultant before eventually becoming a Director and Board Member at CureGRIN Foundation in 2022. Through their expertise and leadership, Domingues has made significant contributions to the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Paulo Domingues completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Operações from Fundação Vanzolini USP, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they participated in an In House Program on Team Building at Ciba-Geigy Industrial Chemicals UK, which occurred in an unspecified year before 1990. Paulo's undergraduate education took place from 1975 to 1980 at USP, where they studied Farmácia e Bioquímica. The field of study for their undergraduate degree is not specified.
