Umer Babar

Umer Babar has worked in various roles throughout their career. Umer began their work experience at Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. in 2018 as an Assistant Training Manager, where they developed training content, performed data-driven analysis, and strategized and executed training interventions to maximize sales productivity. Umer also gathered market data through surveys and reports, organized mystery shopping drives, and executed conventions nationwide.

In 2019, Umer joined Zameen.com as a Content Specialist, where they developed frameworks for technical and CRM training, ensured compliance with company policies, and created activity-based learning programs with gamification. Umer also served as a Training Specialist and a Manager for E-Learning & Content, further enhancing their expertise in training and development.

Most recently, Umer Babar has been working as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development at CureMD since March 2023.

Umer Babar completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Lahore School of Economics, from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications on various topics such as Agile Foundations, Creating a Culture of Learning, Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools, and Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2023.
