Heather Ems has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and pharmaceutical industries. From 1992 to 1997, they worked as a Consulting Manager at Accenture, where they managed projects and developed change management solutions for clients such as AstraMerck and Pepsi Cola Company. Heather then joined AstraZeneca in 1997 and held multiple senior director positions, responsible for delivering large-scale technology initiatives and managing sales force automation systems. In 2013, they moved to Teva Pharmaceuticals as Senior Director of Americas Infrastructure Operations. Most recently, in 2019, they joined DuPont Specialty Company as Global Enterprise Technology Solutions Leader. Currently, Heather Ems is the Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) since 2020.
Heather Ems obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University, attending from 1988 to 1992.
