Paulo Martins

Paulo Martins is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an EU Agent and IT Operations Service Manager at the Court of Justice of the European Union since September 2019, overseeing Unix/Linux and Oracle DB infrastructure teams and managing various technology projects. Prior roles include Service Delivery/Project Manager at Serco, Service Manager/Project Manager for IT Infrastructure at Kinetic, and Product Manager at Meo SA, where responsibilities involved managing data center product offerings and documentation development. Paulo also held significant positions at Portugal Telecom, including Data Center Manager, where involvement in the construction of a new Tier III Data Center took place, and Configuration Manager, focusing on asset database design and lifecycle management.
