Mahrukh Banday PhD has a wealth of experience in the field of product and marketing. MAHRUKH began their career in 2013 at SpecialtyCare as a Surgical Neurophysiologist CNIM, where they were responsible for sales, field marketing, and clinical support. In 2016, they moved to BD, where they held the roles of Marketing Lead for Research & Single Cell Multiomics, Marketing Lead for Clinical Solutions, and Field Application Scientist. In 2021, they joined Exact Sciences as the Portfolio Management, where they were responsible for commercial management of Pan Cancer Therapy Selection portfolio and drove downstream marketing strategy, commercial excellence, HCP marketing, and commercial launch and GTM for new NGS therapy selection products. Currently, they are the Vice President of Product and Marketing, as well as the Senior Director of Marketing and Commercial Management at Curiox Biosystems, where they are responsible for global commercial management of the company's product portfolio, including global new product development, product management, product strategy, upstream strategic marketing, downstream B2B/ABM marketing, and management of lifecycle and commercial initiatives. MAHRUKH leads a team of six lifecycle management and downstream marketing leaders.
Mahrukh Banday holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Rutgers University - Newark, a Masters in Veterinary Microbiology and Immunobiology from Punjab Agricultural University, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Kerala Veterinary University, KAU. Additionally, Banday has obtained certifications in Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models from LinkedIn (2021), Structure Tilt - Master Mind from Tilt 365 (2021), Agile Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn (2020), Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn (2020), and Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) from ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation (2014).
