Tarandeep Singh Sawhney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tarandeep has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Vice President of Engineering & Delivery at Curitics Health and Vice President of Technology at EI. Tarandeep has also served as an Associate Director at Magic EdTech, where they were responsible for overall service delivery and P&L.

Before that, Tarandeep worked at Innodata Inc., where they held the positions of Associate Vice President of New Products/Services and Cluster Head of IT Services. At Pitney Bowes, they worked as a Manager of Product Development, and at Aristocrat Technologies, they were a Manager of Product Development, overseeing the setting up of cross-functional engineering teams and coaching product teams on SCRUM practices.

Tarandeep's earlier experience includes managerial roles at GlobalLogic, where they led outsourced product development engagements and managed cross-functional product delivery teams, and at HCL Technologies, where they worked as a Module Lead Technology in the Outsourced Product Development group.

Their career began as a Senior Java/J2EE Developer at Cybage Software P Ltd and an Automation Engineer (Fanuc CNC) at Parishudh Machines Pvt. Ltd. Throughout their career, Tarandeep has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, delivery, and technological expertise.

Tarandeep Singh Sawhney completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC Pune University Campus - Ministry of Information Technology India in 2002. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 1995 and 1999. In 2015, Tarandeep enrolled in Sunstone and completed a Post Graduate Program in Management. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. They have also acquired several additional certifications in areas such as Learning Management Systems, Accessible Elearning, Gamification, Virtual Reality, Coaching, Software Architecture, Digital Business Models, Internet of Things, Leading People and Teams, and Digital Product Management from various institutions, including LinkedIn, Lund University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the University of Michigan.
