Chris Finley

Chris Finley is the current Senior Vice President of Operations at Curology. Chris has over 10 years of experience in vice president-level operations roles. Prior to joining Curology, Chris was the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Zume Inc., a food delivery company, for two years. At Zume, Chris was responsible for sourcing and procurement, supply chain management, inventory management, supplier management, quality assurance, relationship development, strategic planning, and developing and measuring KPIs and supply chain business systems. During their time at Zume, Chris developed and implemented a light-assembly operation that increased production by 400% in just three months. Chris also established internal core business processes and systems that led to a positive audit outcome less than four months after the factory construction. In addition, Chris built a high-performing and collaborative supply chain team responsible for supplier management, process improvement and standardization, total cost improvement, and other continuous improvement initiatives. Before Zume, Chris served as the Vice President of Operations at Nautilus for nine years. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and technical support. Chris has a proven track record of success in leading and scaling operations for fast-growing companies. Chris is a strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.

Chris Finley has a Masters in International Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Chris Finley reports to Carrie Welch Smith, President & COO. They are on a team with Laura Garrison - VP, Patient Care, KayVee Larsen - Vice President of Pharmacy Compliance and Operations.
