Isabelle Truong has had a diverse work experience. Isabelle began their career in 2011 as a Clinical Career Extender at Palomar Health, where they shadowed staff on respective floors and assisted with patient care. In 2012, they became a Sales Associate at Paris Baguette. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously, as an Advancement Intern at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and as an Activities Coordinator Assistant at San Diego State University Asian Pacific Student Alliance (APSA). In 2016, they were a Front House & Social Media Manager at Zen Modern Asian and a Fashion Talent Show Coordinator at San Diego State University APSA. In 2018, they became a Wedding and Event Associate at Sweet Love Designs, LLC. Finally, in 2019, they became a Customer Success Specialist at Curology, where they served as frontline to customers via email, SMS, live chat, and social media. Isabelle was also selected as a founding class of sister brand, Agency, for high-quality patient messages, sharing of innovative feedback, and proven problem-solving.

Isabelle Truong attended San Diego State University from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Communication, General. Prior to that, they attended Scripps Ranch High School from 2009 to 2013. Isabelle also has two certifications: Avocademy - UX/UI Foundations from Avocademy (YC W22), which they obtained in November 2022, and a Master's Certificate in Event Management from the International Institute of Event Management, which they obtained in September 2019.
