Sr. Director, Operations Strategy and Customer Experience at Curology

Sharon Hedlund has held a variety of roles in the operations and customer experience space since 2011. Sharon began their career at Stanford University as a Human Resources & Compliance Associate in 2011. In 2012, they joined Stitch Fix as their first hire, taking on the role of Associate Operations Manager. During their time at Stitch Fix, they managed and oversaw the first warehouse and was promoted to Manager, Strategic Projects, Manager, Network Fulfillment Planning and Optimization, and Operations Manager. In 2020, they moved on to Curology, where they held the roles of Senior Manager, Operations Strategy, Director, Operations Strategy, and Sr. Director, Operations Strategy and Customer Experience. Additionally, Sharon has served as an Advisor for HAMAMA and Mood Health since 2020, and an Advisor for Autumn Adeigbo since 2021.

Sharon Hedlund obtained a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley and studied Economics at Riverside City College.
