Roxanna Milo has worked in the medical, tech, and customer service industries. From 2017 to present, they have been working at Curology, where they have served as Medical Licensing Team Lead, NP Pod, Medical Licensing Coordinator, and Patient Support Specialist. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Fragmob as Office Coordinator, where they acted as a liaison between the HR, sales and marketing team, and assistant to the CEO and executives. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Customer Service Representative at Regus, where they were responsible for ensuring the client experience was exceptional throughout the entire business center, playing a key role in delivering on the client service expectations for clients, prospects and vendors, and acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
