Peter Bonoff

Peter Bonoff has a long and varied work experience. Peter began their career in 2006 as an Operations Manager at Outdoor Odysseys. In 2008, they became the Operations Director at Hilltop Children's Center where they were responsible for all aspects of semimonthly payroll for 40 employees. In 2011, they took on the role of Program Operations Manager at Renewable Energy Inc., where they thrived in a start-up environment with shifting responsibilities and priorities. Peter also became the Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Ballard High School Lacrosse Team and reached the Washington State Final Four in 2013. In 2013, they returned to Outdoor Odysseys as the Director of Operations, where they developed and implemented improved business and sales operation procedures. Peter then moved to Outdoor Research in 2015 as the Manager of Customer Service, where they drove sales and service through three unique business channels and work teams. In 2019, they became the Operations Manager at Curran, where they implemented and developed an ERP system for accounting, sales, service and inventory management. Peter also improved workflows for all departments, developed an E-commerce solution for consumer and B2B sales channels, built dashboard and data visualizations to drive daily efficiencies and top-level reporting, and managed relations with suppliers, freight vendors, supply chain and internal operations team.

Peter Bonoff obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Environmental Policy from Western Washington University between 2001 and 2005.
