Shailendra Pal

Shailendra Pal is a seasoned software development engineer in test (SDET) with a robust background in test automation and software quality assurance. Currently at Currencies Direct since May 2021, Shailendra has developed automated testing frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Rest Assured, achieving a 90% reduction in manual testing time and enhancing test coverage across various platforms. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Tester at Balaji Software, where Shailendra maintained regression test suites and managed test environments. Shailendra began the career at Sutherland as an Executive, supporting DELL software issues and defects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune.
