Gregory Klabish has over 27 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Gregory began their career in 1994 as a Software Developer at IDD Information Services. In 1998, they moved to Groove Networks as a Consulting Engineer. In 2005, they joined Microsoft Corporation as a Senior Software Design Engineer. In 2010, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Software Development Manager (Vice President). Gregory was later promoted to China Head of Infrastructure (Executive Director) and then to Asia Business Technology Officer (Executive Director). In this role, they advised business-aligned application development teams on cloud migration strategy and leveraging infrastructure technologies to enable DevOps practices. Gregory also established a Cloud Solutions team in Asia and developed strategies for Asia-based application development teams to migrate their applications and teams to cloud and DevOps technologies. In 2020, they moved to THE AIMAR FOUNDATION as a Cloud Architect. Most recently, they joined AIA in 2021 as a Cloud Technical Authority Architect, where they are responsible for engineering, deploying and helping govern the cloud services leveraged to enable cloud-hosting of the AIA business applications. Gregory is also advising business unit application owners on cloud native modernization of applications and cloud lift-and-shift efforts.

Gregory Klabish obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1989 and 1993. In 2012, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), a Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation, and a Docker Certified Associate from Examity®.
