Crystal Hill

Crystal Hill is the current Advisor at Curriki. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources & Chief Administrative Officer at Urban Institute from January 2018 to December 2021. Crystal has also been the Director of Human Resources & Operations at Achieve, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2018, and at Bespoke Education, Inc. from January 2011 to December 2013. Crystal Hill was also a Human Capital Fellow - Placement: Achieve, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2013, and Senior Human Resources Generalist, K-12 Technology at Pearson Education from January 2011 to December 2012.

Crystal Hill has a BA in Psychology & Women's Studies from The City College of New York, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Pace University, and a Master of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Baruch College. Crystal also has a Strategic Leadership Certificate from Harvard Extension School and a BA - Honors in Psychology & Women's Studies from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York. Crystal is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, SHRM-CP from SHRM, PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and CIR from AIRS.
