David Hajjar has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. David started their career as an IT Support Technician at Harvard University in 2015, where they provided technical support and assisted in software installations. David then worked at Analysis Group as a Support Engineer Co-op, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and participating in a company-wide technology upgrade. David then joined Flex as an IT - Administration Manager, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and managing budgets and user support processes. In 2019, they transitioned to Curry College as the Director of Information Technology, Enterprise Support, overseeing daily operations, managing the IT ticketing system, and leading staff training.
David Hajjar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2017. David also holds additional certifications including IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
