Laurent Guillemin

Laurent Guillemin has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Laurent started their career in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at James Hay and The IPS Partnership as an SSAS Banking Administrator. In 2017, Guillemin joined Curtis Banks as a Senior Disbursements Administrator, where they led a team and implemented new processes. Currently, they work at Curtis Banks as a Client Relations Officer, responsible for investigating and addressing complaints and concerns from investors and third parties. Throughout their roles, they have demonstrated strong analytical skills, collaboration with different departments, and meaningful engagement with investors.

Laurent Guillemin attended The Open University from 2020 to 2025, during which they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language Studies.
