Emma Cocilovo

Emma Cocilovo currently serves as Head of Organisational Development at Cuscal Limited, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Emma held multiple roles at SGCH from May 2015 to July 2023, culminating as Head of People, Capability and Performance. Emma's experience also includes positions at Sydney Trains as an OD Project Consultant and Accountability & Performance Consultant, where responsibilities featured the implementation of performance planning processes. Emma's extensive background in Human Resources spans over 14 years at Commonwealth Bank, where key roles included Executive Manager Human Resources and Executive Manager Workforce Design, focusing on strategic projects and capability improvement. Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from UNSW, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
