Ainslee Holman is an experienced professional in the areas of organisational development, human resources, and contact centre management. Since November 2015, Ainslee has served as the Head of Organisational Development at Customer Driven Solutions, leading training and organisational development for clients and addressing internal needs. Previously held roles include Senior Consultant in HR, Learning and Development at Customer Driven and Contact Centre Manager at Service Skills Academy. Ainslee’s extensive experience at IAG included positions such as QLD People, Planning & Performance Manager and Sales and Service Unit Manager, overseeing large teams and strategic initiatives. Ainslee also worked as National Resource Planning Manager at Bupa Australia. Ainslee holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Queensland University of Technology.
